All services are subject to availability and our ability to perform the work safely and in accordance with local building codes and regulations.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all fence projects. These estimates are based on information you provide and our initial site assessment. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from what was initially assessed or if you request changes to the project scope.

All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Material costs and labor rates may change after this period.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Payments that are more than 30 days past due may incur late fees. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for accounts with outstanding balances.

Project Timeline

We will provide an estimated timeline for your project. However, this timeline may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit processing times, and other factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any delays and work to complete your project as quickly as possible.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that we have clear access to the work area and that any necessary permits are approved before work begins. You must also inform us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other potential obstacles in the work area.

You are responsible for verifying that the fence location complies with your property lines, local setback requirements, and any homeowner association rules.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Labor warranties are specified in your service agreement. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product. We will assist you with any warranty claims during the warranty period.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by extreme weather events, accidents, misuse, or lack of proper maintenance.

Limitation of Liability

Titan Gate Daly City Fence Builders will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

We carry appropriate insurance for our business operations. You should also verify that your homeowner's insurance covers construction-related activities on your property.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations after materials have been ordered may result in charges for materials that cannot be returned. Changes to the project scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.

Disputes

We strive to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can work toward a resolution. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through discussion will be handled in accordance with California state law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
